This policy also describes the information collected from or on behalf of end users of our decentralized finance platform (“Svim Services”). This policy describes how the above information is collected from you directly and indirectly that you may provide. It also describes how such information is used, shared, and secured, as well as your related choices regarding use, access and correction.
This privacy policy contains the explanation of the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website at http://svim.io, use the Interface for interacting with the Svim Finance protocol available at https://www.svim.io/app, or contact us through physical or electronic media. This privacy policy is subject to be updated from time to time without notice and the latest version will be published on our website, app, customer communications and social media format if needed, and entails the following:

Records and copies of your communications such as email addresses and phone numbers and the content via these media including but are not limited to email systems, phone systems, social media systems (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc) if you reach out to us.

Specifics of the transactions you carry out with the Protocol through the Interface.
Available information on the underlying blockchain, which includes your public blockchain address (excluding private keys), account balances, crypto-asset or non-fungible token (NFT) holdings, blockchain transaction history, interaction history with smart contracts or decentralized applications, or any data associated with your public blockchain address transactions (referred to as "Blockchain Identifiers"). For further details on blockchain information, please refer to the subsection titled "Important Note About Public Blockchains" below.
With the exception of Blockchain Identifiers and IP addresses, we do not collect any information through our website or Interface that can personally identify you.
Additionally, you have the option to provide information for publication or display ("Posted") on public areas of the Website or Interface, known as "User Contributions." However, please be aware that sharing your User Contributions carries certain risks, as we cannot control the actions of unauthorized individuals who may access this information. We cannot guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. It's important to note that this paragraph, as well as this policy in general, does not apply to information provided by borrowers specifically for the purpose of soliciting or servicing liquidity through the Protocol. Furthermore, this paragraph and policy do not cover information specifically provided by prospective pool delegates who are considering fulfilling a role within Svim, as required or appropriate.

These third parties may include but are not limited to Analytics companies, Device manufacturers, Service providers. These third parties may include but are not limited to Blockchain explorers, Decentralized infrastructure providers, Your Web3 Service, Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) or entity involved in controlling, interacting with, or providing services related to the Protocol, any other party with access to the underlying blockchain.
These third parties may utilize tracking technologies to gather information about your interactions with the Website or the Interface. The information they collect may be linked to your personal information, or they may collect information, including personal details, regarding your online activities across various websites, applications, and other online services. Such information might be used to deliver interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not exercise control over the tracking technologies employed by these third parties or how they may utilize them. We do not consider sharing your information outside of Svim platform as a main business model, however, we reserve the right to share your data and may do so with relevant parties when necessary, including but are not limited to certain circumstances such as:
When you allow us to share the information, such as when you: 1) Elect to share your personal information such as your affiliation with our community and matched users listed on our platform; 2) Choose to share your personal information with third parties or their sites or platforms, such as when you share your money account email, phone or QR code so that other users can match with you; 3) Publish information on our platform or the Svim Services. Any such personal information shared by you will be available to others who may collect or use it in completing a currency exchange transaction; 4) Use third-party features on our Site or the Svim Service, such as commenting using Google or Facebook to login or our online chat service or emails to ask questions.
When our service providers are providing services on our behalf. For example, we may use an outside platform to host portions of our platform or to provide certain features on the Svim Service, or we may use a credit card processing company to bill you for services you purchase. Unless otherwise expressly noted, when acting as Svim’s agents, these services providers are prohibited from using the personal information we have shared with them for purposes other than those requested by us or required by law;

Your information may be stored and processed in – and we may transfer information to – the U.S. and other countries where Svim (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) and our advertising partners and service providers maintain systems and facilities. Svim is concerned about the security of your data. We have implemented technical and organizational security measures that are designed to help protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification. From time-to-time, we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technologies and methods.
Please be aware, that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, like any other company in the industry. We cannot ensure, and do not warrant or guarantee, that the information you transmit to Svim will remain secure, nor do we guarantee that this information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, destroyed or used in an unauthorized manner.
If we learn of a security breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. We may also post a notice on the Site or Svim Services if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive a notice of a security breach in writing. Data Retention
How long we keep the personal information we collect depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it is used, how sensitive it is, and similar factors. In general, we will retain your personal information for the length of time reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy (including for as long as need to provide you or our customer with products and services), unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by business need or law due to reasons such as account security, transaction disputes, fraud investigations, unsettled money transfer, debt collection, legal proceedings, etc. We will also retain and use your information for as long as necessary to resolve disputes and/or enforce our rights and agreements. We retain your account information for the Svim Services for as long as you have an account with Svim or attempt to do so, even without transactions, unless there are specific scenarios or law that may require a different action. Aggregated information that is not tied to personally identifiable information may be stored indefinitely.
Do not track and cross-site tracking
Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. For information about Do Not Track, visit www.allaboutdnt.org. At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals. Users that are under 18 years old
