Investors or liquidity providers from the following countries or jurisdictions are not served by Svim Labs, Svim Finance or any other subsidiary that we own. These include the countries or entities that are sanctioned by US Department of Treasury  OFAC, and/or have prohibited restrictions from local governments, and/or have unclear regulatory guidelines:

Afghanistan, Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Central African Republic, Cuba, China, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, India, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Magnitsky, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Darfur, Syria, Russia, United States, Venezuela, West Bank, Yemen.

Svim Labs, Svim Finance and other owned entities, together with our service providers or strategic partners will perform checks in Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Know Your Wallets (KYW), Know Your Address (KYA), Anti-money laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist FInancing (CTF).  We are ready to work with regulators, law enforcement, related authorities to safeguard the legal and compliance requirements. \

Svim Labs, Svim Finance, and other owned subsidiaries and entities have the right to update the list of countries, jurisdictions or markets we do not serve from time to time based on the latest government regulations, compliance requirement or risk management mandate.
