# Points Program

### Swimmer Rewards Points

The Protocol Rewards Points program is designed to recognize and reward meaningful participation across the Wealth Layer ecosystem. Inspired by successful Web3 loyalty and rewards programs, points can provide a flexible way to track user engagement, ecosystem contributions, and community growth over time. Points may ultimately be used as an input into protocol token allocations, with the exact conversion mechanics, eligibility requirements, and allocation pool to be defined closer to TGE.

Users and community members may earn points through social and community engagement, including following and engaging with official channels on X, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other platforms; participating in AMAs and X Spaces; contributing to community discussions; attending events; and helping educate and onboard other users.

Points may also be earned through platform activity, including registering and completing onboarding, making transactions, placing orders, using tokenized asset products, earning yield, and engaging with new products and features. Marketing and referrals may provide additional opportunities through referring users, creating educational content, promoting the ecosystem, designing visuals, hosting events, and helping grow the community.

Finally, ecosystem and strategic contributions may be rewarded through points, including business development, introducing strategic partnerships, supporting fundraising efforts, contributing technology or product development, assisting with operations, and participating as an ambassador or ecosystem contributor. The framework is intended to reward the quality and impact of contributions, not simply the volume of activity, with specific programs, multipliers, limits, and eligibility criteria evolving alongside the ecosystem.
